ICS Côte d'Azur Joins Globeducate Conference in Madrid to Shape the Future of Education

Gina Bianchi, Head of School at ICS Côte d'Azur joined more than 100 Heads of Schools and Principals from across 11 countries for the Globeducate NextGEn School Leadership Conference 2025 in Madrid.

The three-day international event brought together leading voices in education and innovation, offering Globeducate leaders the chance to share best practice, explore new ideas, and collaborate on strategies that will directly benefit students in their schools.

Unlocking Potential for Students
The theme of this year’s conference was unlocking leadership potential — with keynote speakers focusing on the latest neuroscience and student engagement in an age of AI. Insights gained from these sessions will support leaders at ICS in helping students thrive academically and personally, equipping them with the skills they need for the future.

Student Voices at the Centre
For the first time, the conference featured a Student Voice panel, with students from Globeducate schools sharing what leadership means to them. This reinforces a strong commitment across the group to place students at the heart of decision-making, ensuring their perspectives help shape the future of education.

Benefits of Being Part of a Global Network
By being part of the Globeducate network, ICS is connected to more than 60 premium bilingual and international schools worldwide. This offers students unique opportunities — from participation in global academic and cultural events to collaboration on sustainability projects and access to innovation in areas such as AI and digital learning.
