International Day 2026: 40 Nationalities and Counting!

A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Community!
What an incredible International Day we shared. This year we changed the format a little and invited our families to come into the classrooms to present their countries with songs, dances, food and games! We are profoundly grateful to the many parents who joined us to share the rich stories, traditions, and vibrant colours of their cultures. Their presentations brought the world into our classrooms and sparked such curiosity in our students.
With so many amazing sessions happening simultaneously, we weren’t able to capture every single presentation on camera. To every member of the ICS community who volunteered their time and energy: we truly appreciate you. It is our diversity that makes us stronger (40 nationalities and counting!), and it is a quality we are so incredibly proud to celebrate together.
A huge thank you to the Parents Association for organising such a wonderful Happy Hour after school! The children absolutely loved the games and the hot dogs, while the parents thoroughly enjoyed the fizz and the beautiful sunshine. We are so grateful to be supported by such a dedicated group, and thank you to our PA President Tanja Parmentier for making this event happen!
